Built on our existing SEG Console architecture, our newest product, the GoodSync Enterprise Management Console, is a highly functional, robust, enterprise solution.

Centralize your backup and file synchronization in a single web interface - add, modify, and distribute sync jobs for your Users in minutes. Advanced reporting tools allow admins the ability to review and evaluate sync progress in real-time, and be proactive with determining potential issues.

Security:

• All communication between Client and Server done over secured HTTPS connection
• Microsoft SQL Server database contains none of your sensitive files or information, only pointers to Users and GoodSync Jobs, with all pertinent information encrypted for added level of security
• Optional self-hosted solution allows your organization to fully control your own data outside of the cloud (or in your own internal cloud)
• Logs all transactions to SQL Server database for advanced reporting, auditing
• Optional Debug logging writes all transactions to log file for multiple methods of auditing
• Job information (including location, UserName, Password) is not visible to the end User

Authentication:

• Multiple methods of authentication, including SQL Database and Active Directory
• SQL Authentication is fully managed by the Console, and can optionally confirm User’s identity based on machine specific information as well as email
• Active Directory authentication utilizes your existing Windows Domain security. Users are authenticated against your domain controller, and then assigned Jobs from the SQL Database
