The following information will guide you on how to properly perform a sync or backup of your RoboForm data:
1) In the RoboForm toolbar select RoboForm > Tools > Sync RoboForm Data. GoodSync will then automatically bring up the proper setup screen.
2) Click Browse on the right side, selecting where you would like to back up or sync your data to.
*Note: by default you are performing a sync, if you want to back up instead, first select Job > Options > 1- Way Left to Right, and then continue with step 2)
3) Start the sync/backup process by clicking the Analyze button.
4) Click the Sync button to complete your sync/backup.
1) If you would like to set up the sync/backup manually, start by opening GoodSync.
2) Click Browse on the left side and select RoboForm folder "My RoboForm Data" for the first PC.
3) Click Browse on the right side, selecting where you would like to back up or sync your data to.
*Note: by default you are performing a sync, if you want to back up instead, first select Job > Options > 1- Way Left to Right, and then continue with step 3)
4) Start the sync/backup process by clicking the Analyze button.
5) Click the Sync button to complete your sync/backup.
*Note: The following computer-specific files will be excluded from the sync by default: license.rfo, cache.rfo, mru.rfo. These can be changed within Job > Options > Filters.
