Basic Setup
Your Files Are Now Synchronized! Yes, its that
Easy!
Automatic Settings - Set it and Forget it!
There are a variety of automatic settings you can choose. You only
need to set up your synchronization job once and GoodSync will automatically
synchronize your files according to your preferred schedule/settings.
GoodSync will now automatically synchronize
your files based on your settings.
Creating a New Job
 | Step 1: Once you start GoodSync, select Job >> New. |
 | Step 2: Choose a name for your job and
click OK. |
 | Step 3: You can now refer back to Basic
Setup above to synchronize your files. |
Using GoodSync to perform a Backup
While GoodSync is a great synchronization application, it is
also often used by many as a reliable backup tool. By using GoodSync
to backup your files you are making sure that all your important files
are protected in case of power outages, computer crashes, and hacker attacks.
 | Step 2: From the Job type dropdown menu select
1-Way
and the direction into which you would like to
perform the backup. Example: If you would like the folder C:\p to be
backed up to C:\Program Files you would select 1-Way Left to
Right. |
 | Step 3: You can now refer back to Basic Setup
above to complete the backup of your files.
